What if I have a part number, but it doesn't show the pricing when I enter it?

Contact customer service by clicking the "customer service" link on our home page with the part number. They will determine if the part is still a valid Lotus part number, if the part is discontinued, or if another part number has replaced it.

 

What if I need my parts ASAP?

If you need to have your parts quicker than standard ground service can deliver, please contact our customer service by clicking the "customer service" link on our home page and requesting the availability of the part. Additional handling and shipping fees will apply and require Orders on average take 7-10 working days (Monday-Friday), in some cases it can take longer due to a special ordered part that is backordered or delays from the manufacturer.

 

What if I want to return a part, or the entire order, or my core?

Please go to our "request a return" link at the top of our homepage or in this window. When you fill out the information on this page a return authorization number and return instructions will be emailed back to you if and when the return is approved. Keep in mind special order and or electrical parts are non-returnable as per site policy. NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 30 DAYS If you want to return a part because it has become defective you will need to see your local dealer if the part is still under warranty. We do not handle warranties via internet.

 

Do you have my parts in stock?

We keep many parts in stock, but sometimes depending on the type of part, we have to pull that part from either our local warehouse, distant warehouse, or straight from the manufacturer in the UK.

 

How long before I get an answer to the email I sent?

Emails are answered in the order they are received. Our standard time for response is within 24 hours (Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm EST), however in most cases, our response time is within 3 hours of the email being received (Monday through Friday 8am - 4pm EST). This does not apply to returns or problems with orders. Orders and emails after 3pm Friday EST. may not be processed until Monday. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE IN THE ABOVE TIME FRAME EITHER WE ARE BEHIND OR YOUR EMAIL WAS CAUGHT BY SPAM FILTERS. (MASS EMAILING WILL RESULT IN YOUR EMAILS TO BE DELETED, BANNING OR DELAYING RESPONSES TO YOU!)
